Just wanted to give a big shout out to my Friend Terry Witt ... Owner of Quality Appliance. Last week I came home to a smoking refrigerator 🤯 after a few pics to Terry he had his tech over the very next day. The guy was super courteous, right on time and had the fridge back to new in no time. If you have A Subzero, Viking, Miele or specialty appliance....You won’t find a more trustworthy and trained professional than Terry ... He’s a master fixer lol 😊
They called and quoted a flat fixed rate. Even reassured me of it when they got to my house and then after finding out what was wrong with it, they said they needed more money to do the work. Ended up paying $110 for absolutely nothing to be done. Will not recommend this company. Lady that schedules is very rude as well.
These crooks are awful!!! They took my cousins money and never even looked at his freezer. He tried calling them several times but they never called him back. If you want to give money away pick a worth while charity not these crooks!!!!
Dave was amazing. he called before coming to my mother's place, arrived promptly and fixed everything within an hour. would definitely recommend!!
Terry Witt & his team have serviced our appliances for more than 10 years. They have dramatically increased the life of our washer & dryer, our gas range and our refrigerator when we thought we would have to replace them. Always great service and prices. We won't use anyone else, and people we've sent to QAS have had the same positive experiences.
This company does not do their due diligence on investigating your issue. There is no customer service escalation and no way to speak with Terry, the owner about company issues.
I will never use anyone else to fix our appliances. The customer service, professionalism and courtesy of this company are better than any one else I tried to deal with. I received a call , reminding me of our appointment. Our technician was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the problem and solution to me. Happy Lake Girl :-)
