Quality Angels is a great place to work if you truly care about individuals with disabilities and have integrity. If you are only working for the money and do not have compassion, don't work there because they will have you out the door very fast. Everyone in the office is very sweet and kind and love to help. They even have same day borrow from your paycheck option if you are ready in need. I have only been here for 1 year but feels like a part of something special.
Very unprofessional and disorganized workplace. The owner avoids accountability and places blame on employees. The environment is toxic, and employees are often disciplined for mistakes they did not make. There are also inconsistencies and misleading information regarding pay rates and timekeeping. Not allowed to see employee handbook unless you are the owner she is the only one with access so you cannot reference sections when it comes to disciplinary actions. Works you to death but hates to pay in full or on time
