This company told us that the parts to repair our window were on back order. They said it would be a couple of weeks. It’s been 2 months and they said they are still waiting. They have not offered to return the money or anything. They are just holding this repair. This feels like a scam at this point.
Several months ago parts for a window were paid for and we are still waiting and waiting on the parts to arrive for the window repair. This business claims they are on back order… at this point they should refund the money until the parts actually come in if they ever do. We are starting to wonder if this is a scam. I will edit this review if we ever get our window repaired.
