I purchased a new dress for a gala fundraiser and took it to Quality Alterations by Nadya. The owner, Nadya, pinned my dress for me and quoted me $120. The day the dress was due to be picked up I received a call from Nadya saying she missed quoting a hem that would cost an additional $100 ($220 total).
