Quality Air is dependable and trustworthy. I have been working with this company for many years on my commercial childcare buildings I. Wake, Chatham, NasH, Wilson and Edgecombe counties.
Very quick to respond. Always professional.
I do not recommend dealing with one of the employees of this company, his name is Val ( Valentin) Chafalovitch. He installed a thermostat in my house, and the temperature drops to 52°F at night, leaving me waking up in the cold. I try to reach him, but he neither answers my calls nor responds to my messages. Google customer support, don’t delete my review, because I have a evidence ( screenshots)
I will NEVER ever work with this company again. The receptionist was very rude, had a terrible attitude, and should be fired immediately. She is extremely incompetent. Potentially to a medical extent. Unhinged. Very masculine, ugly woman.
