We contacted Quality Air on a weekday morning after our AC quit working the day before and having troubleshooted multiple things ourselves. They were able to send someone out within an hour (two other companies we contacted first said it would be days before they could send anyone). The technician was able to identify and repair the issue within 45 minutes of arriving at a very fair rate. I would definitely recommend, great AFFORDABLE service by Jerry and Tony. They know what they are doing, no upselling, fixes only what needs to be fixed.
Today we had a tech come out and service our air conditioner, just after a day of contacting them, they were respectful, and caring for our situation. They are very reliable in time management when it comes to service for their clients schedules. They are very affordable, I will only use them from now on. Had the contactor go out at 1 AM, Quality Air called me back as soon as they got my voicemail, and made it to the house first thing in the morning. Fast, professional and quality work, I recommend these guys to anyone that asks.
