We contacted Quality Air and Heating when we woke up to our house reading 61 degrees. We were originally clients of HHR Heating (Quality air bought them out we have been told). We replaced our heater in 2015 with a 10 year warranty parts and labor with HHR. We were quoted $200 for an emergency visit (it is Saturday), $200 every hour and they can not get any parts if needed today??? Doesn't Home Depot or Lowes carry parts?
