I was recommended this company by company in Lubbock . I called and explained my situation because I got several issues going at my house from ductwork to air conditioning. I was told to call Larry. Never ever have I spoke to such a rude person in my life. I have several issues and I don’t speak ac and technician so I was trying to explain and he wasn’t having it. Can't say enough good things about our experience w Quality Air Heating & AC in Plainview. Called on a Saturday after 3 pm, and James was at our house (more than 30 mins away) before 5pm to check out our ancient AC unit in our 87° house on the hottest weekend of the summer. Brand new AC unit was installed before lunch on Monday. Extremely professional, courteous, and FAST service. Always prompt and friendly!! I just wish they had someone on call for the weekends. I had to call someone else when my AC stopped on a Friday night. But highly recommend Quality Air!!
I don't typically leave bad review but this one is exceptionally bad that I have to leave one. This business in Plainview, we bought a house in Lubbock, that has a system installed in Nov 2022 (only 7 months till current date), called them multiple times and every single time was terible and disgusting interaction.
