I noticed a strange smell in our house and suspected the ducts. This company was quick to schedule and the technicians were fantastic! They showed me all the dust and debris they removed, which was frankly a bit shocking. Now the air smells clean, and I can actually breathe easier. Super professional and worth every penny
Very disappointed with Quality Air Duct Cleaning. The technicians seemed rushed and didn’t clean thoroughly. I still noticed dust around the vents, and they left a mess behind. Not the “quality” I expected.

He was rude, barely communicated, and acted like he was doing me a favor by even showing up. He didn’t cover the furniture or clean up after himself, leaving a mess behind. I wouldn’t trust this company again for any service.
The team was unprofessional and unfriendly. They seemed irritated when I asked questions and left without checking if I was satisfied. Terrible customer service.
