We needed a new cooling unit in our condo and I have to say being in the bussiness, the Quality AC guys were great! everybody from the sales mgr Jean, down to the installers Boris and Salon were great!! I needed this done asap as we were heading out of town a couple of days later, they moved things around on there schedule to get it done! Everything was done and done well!! They stayed late to finish it as there was an issue draining the cooling system. Thank you!! Quality AC!!! Tony the plumber
The Maintenance does not include minor repairs, changing the filter or other small parts on A/C for $ 249.00 the company should do something
Stephen was thorough, explained what was performed and why and respectful of my property. I'm on my second unit from Quality Air. They have done my servicing exclusively.
It was inspection day. Frank came out to take care of last-minute details and meet the inspector. I am awaiting the results.:). It did not pass inspection, but finally did yesterday. Frank came out beforehand to make sure that it met the inspector's specifications.
