*Edited* I initially had concerns after experiencing over 8 weeks with no communication following payment of our deposit for a ducted system. Since then, Jason has contacted me directly to apologise and explain the delay, which I really appreciate, and we now have a clear plan in place with installation expected soon. I’m feeling much more confident moving forward. It’s good to see a company own it when things don’t go to plan, and make it right.
