Our ducted air conditioning unit stopped working recently due to a power surge during a local thunderstorm. Quality Air did an excellent job in inspecting our unit & submitting a quotation with a full report. Once our insurance company accepted the claim, Quality Air was quick to complete the repairs & now our unit is as good as new. Thank you for your excellent service. Pat & Roz

Quality Air has installed multiple systems at our home over the years. They’re crew are professional, punctual, and Lyle and Jason have always been helpful in sizing the right system for our needs - whether that was an upstairs ducted system or downstairs split systems sized to our needs. 6 or 7 years ago we had Quality Air do our full ducted air-conditioning installation and we continue to have that relationship starting from the admin department to the field staff, we are so happy with the whole operation of Quality Air and we look forward to continue success.
We have now had 2 ducted A/C installations (2015 - Actron & 2023 - Fujitsu with Advantage Air MyPlace) from the Quality Air group and their work is second to none and nothing was ever an issue for them. Pricing and the workmanship is AAA+++. We would totally recommend this business for any A/C work you needed doing. Thanks guys!!
