Jonah is polite, professional, expert at his work. He explained the options very well and lets the customer decide without pushing for the higher cost option. The work was completed in less time than estimated. I have no reasons to use any company other than Quality Air
Jerrod was great! He found the problem that Bob completely missed. He told me that my transformer was bad. He had one on his truck. He installed it and the problem was fixed. He also told me that my thermostat didn't need batteries, at all. Bob not only misdiagnosed the trouble, saying I had a bad thermostat. He had put one of the unneeded batteries in backwards. In the end, I was very pleased with Quality Air and would highly recommend them!
Josh did a thorough inspection and explained his findings in detail with photos and videos. Each item of possible work was explained and prioritized and an estimate for each provided in detail which will make it easier for us to evaluate and make a decision.
Very nice technician and kept me informed during the checkup.
