We recently completed a roofing project with Qualitech Home Services, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We are now ready for the new solar panel installation project that Qualitech will be completing soon.
TIME TO SUE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT and CONSTRUCTION DEFECT!! Worst roofers ever. New roofs and there are lots of leaks! Now with all the rain, the gutters weren’t fixed or replaced and water is pouring off the roof into the electrical closet for our elevators. Now our elevators don’t work. The workmen have tar on their feet and have tar on all the steps of our building. They pulled out pipes and one persons unit has both toilets backed up and overflowing. They are tearing up our grass.
