The guy who answers the phone calls is extremely rude should be fired on the spot so unprofessional. Only was looking for a charger and he asked for my receipt for the bike I own, which was irrelevant from a charger. He started getting to personal with me. I just hung up
Crazy that all I called for is to buy a charger and the guy on the phone was more interested in what happen to the old charger and where the scooter came from and says your lost like there's not other places to go buy a charger. (Amazon didn't have a attitude when I ordered it from them).
