Crazy that all I called for is to buy a charger and the guy on the phone was more interested in what happen to the old charger and where the scooter came from and says your lost like there's not other places to go buy a charger. (Amazon didn't have a attitude when I ordered it from them).

Folding electric bike I ordered from them did not come with all of the parts that were supposed to be included, contacting qualisports for help or a resolution was in vain; wasted nearly a thousand dollars for a folding electric bike that doesn’t fold and that I can not ride safely, qualisports does not deserve even one star out of five imo.
