I get phone calls and junk mail from them constantly and I tell them to put me in there do not call list and they still call

We contacted an agent at QPS over a year ago seeking information on a home we wanted to sell for a deceased family member. We decided not to go this route and informed the agent in person, via a phone message and email explaining we had sold the home through a real estate company. A year later, the agent is still periodically mailing post cards offering to buy the property. We have asked for this to stop 3 times but to no avail.
