I used A Qualified Home Inspector for a property inspection on a home that I am looking to purchase. Nikoba Evans was my inspector and was very responsive to the initial call. The inspection took all of 3 hours (3000+ sq. ft.) but this was expected because it was explained in the initial conversation.
