Do not buy their houses, Very cheap Built, cheap service , we bought a house in Dawson landing Chestermere from brodview and sorry to say that it was the worst decision we made, very cheap construction, I'll tell you one of the many problems is our main floor and upstairs floor is shaking while you just walk around and you know what brodview is saying that it's normal with long span joists, they said when you develop your basement it will be ok, like seriously?
