Absolute garbage. This developer uses the cheapest materials and laborers. Brand new sidewalks and curbs completely broken and chipped up.
I just spoke to Ashley from Qualico over some concerns we had as homeowners. What a terrible attitude. Totally unprofessional ! Who on earth are these companies hiring ? At least teach them correct customer service and how to deal with customers before you let them loose answering phone calls. To Qualico !! This person is the face of your business. Very easy to access the buildings and the Christmas decorations outside were well done and very professional.
Buyer beware. Stay away from Streetside Developments. Qualico please do better with your subsidiaries especially when it comes to customer service and quality controls.
