I had so far well not bad experience and they are working on my issues as multiple issues were there and did not follow up. Ex- Tree coupon renewal should be done without even asking as this helps our environment but Qualco seems very strict to renew by itself?

Absolute garbage. This developer uses the cheapest materials and laborers. Brand new sidewalks and curbs completely broken and chipped up.

I just spoke to Ashley from Qualico over some concerns we had as homeowners. What a terrible attitude. Totally unprofessional ! Who on earth are these companies hiring ? At least teach them correct customer service and how to deal with customers before you let them loose answering phone calls. To Qualico !! This person is the face of your business. Buyer beware. Stay away from Streetside Developments. Qualico please do better with your subsidiaries especially when it comes to customer service and quality controls.
