I have been using Qualicare Newmarket for the last 6 months to help provide caregivers to my elderly mother during her recovery from a fall. Boma, the manager, worked hard to provide me with suitable and trained caregivers, making changes where necessary. She is very easy to communicate with, with by text or email when any concerns arrive and replies in a timely fashion. The contract is fair and fees are competitive.
