Emily goes above and beyond to coordinate care and makes sure each resident’s needs are handled with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. She is responsive, reliable, and truly cares about the people she serves. I highly recommend Qualicare and appreciate the wonderful support they provide to our residents!

Sharing my concerns about my elderly brother with Emily Tao was a reassuring, helpful experience. She offered perspective coupled with her experience in working with those who need care. With solutions that were a practical fit for our situation, she offered to make a sort drop-in visit which was productive. All people concerned are headed in the right direction. I am grateful for Ms. Tao’s initiative in my brother’s behalf.
