I had a wonderful experience with Ketia who was looking after my Mom as part of a long-term care team. She went above and beyond in her care-giving more than once. One one occasion my Mom had injured her foot and Ketia went with her to an urgent care facility and stayed supporting Mom even beyond Ketia’s scheduled shift until my mom was safely home. We appreciate the efforts of Ketia and the other care workers. C&D Hills
