I used the Qualicare for the first time was very impressed with the service and helpfulness of Sam arranging everthing. My 94 year old mom was assisted Qualicare assistant and I would have used this service sooner and recommend it needing an assistant to attend a loveone to appointments.
Tina was phenomenal ! It was our first experience with a PSW and it was great. She was friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, and direct with my parents. Her approach gave them comfort and renewed confidence after some health issues. She was able to get my reluctant and agitated father to take a much needed shower and he enjoyed the experience. We all learned so much from her . Would definitely recommend.
