After much maneuvering and changes they finally provided a person to help me. She was likable and did a good job. One of her responsibilities was meal prep. Usually just saut� some fish and make a salad. She decided she was going to fix enchiladas instead which was ok with me. I asked her if she cooked with gas at home. She said no but had previously and knew how it worked. I guess not. Apparently she turned on the gas bypassing the ignition phase. Of course it didn’t light but she left the burner on. We had a short term (we hope) need for an overnight caregiver for my 91 year old mother in an assisted living facility. Qualicare assigned Elaine (one night) and Eliana (three nights) to take care of mom. They were prompt, qualified, strong enough physically to help mom make her transfers, and sweet as can be, both of them. And communication with the office was seamless. I felt as well-taken care of in a business sense as I felt mom was in a caregiving sense.

I have been with Qualicare for years and I have been happy with everyone. Dani was very helpful and Lauren always went above and beyond. Heather came over which is the owner. The check in with me to make sure that everything is completed with the caregiver. Nettie is my new caregiver and she has a sweet smile and works hard.
