After having a shoulder replacement I couldn't have asked for more from a home health care organization. I knew Heather from PT days in the past and she paired me with a perfect caregiver, Cheryl. The Qualicare Team was such a blessing to our family. Having someone sit with our loved one overnight while in skilled nursing rehab provided so much peace of mind. The caregivers were kind and attentive and made sure our loved one was safe and comfortable. Communication was excellent and the Qualicare team kept us well informed.

I highly recommend this agency. From the initial phone call I could tell they were a cut above others I spoke to. They asked indepth questions and conducted a thorough home assessment. They worked very hard to get assistance to our home as quickly as possible. Lauren was a caring, sensitive contact and made sure we were taken care of.
