My father was diagnosed with terminal esophageal cancer in early June, and we managed to muddle along (requesting help and getting approvals at the normal pace, thinking we had a few weeks to get things into place) until he fell and his situation was suddenly an emergency. I was recovering from a crush injury to my arm. My nurse was very helpful with wound care but how to care for minor issues in between visits. The wound vac is a unique tool that has a few quirks to keep it operating properly. I always felt supported and my questions were always answered.

We have had an excellent experience with Qualicare Edmonton South supporting our family. The caregivers have been compassionate, professional and genuinely caring people. Praveen has been incredible and feels like part of our family. Qualicare has been incredibly flexible as our needs have evolved and we are grateful for all of the support they have provided us.
