After having a full hip replacement & my husband had a fall, I was stressed to the max requiring help. After searching the internet, I secured help from Qualicare Burlington. We were interviewed by a lovely nurse seeking out what we needed. I was then reached out with Sana the manager. She assisted me with all my needs. I have been very pleased with my experience with Qualicare from the very first time I met with someone from the agency. They have been the easiest and most accommodating agency that I have worked with. The caregiver who works with my daughter is conscientious and experienced. Anyone I have spoken with at the agency listens to my concerns and acknowledges our specific needs.
We have recently started with Qualicare Burlington - they have been great to deal with!! Very friendly during each interaction, easy to communicate with, and they were able to accomodate a quick onboarding process so we could get started. Thank-you !
Was tremendously impressed with Qualicare. They were incredibly responsive and provided excellent service. The PSWs assigned to us were wonderful - professional, caring, well-trained and kind. I was so pleased with their services and wouldn’t hesitate to use Qualicare again.
Jerry and his team is absolutely amazing. They are accommodating and prompt with communication and home care services. It has been very difficult to find a reliable agency that can suit your needs but Qualicare makes it so easy and safe. Will always recommend Jerry to anyone here in Burlington. 10/10!
