Jerry and his team managed my elderly aunt's care twice while in hospital then transitioning back home and later to a new senior residence (2016, 2018). Their care was outstanding in all situations: hospital acute and extended stays, senior residence and palliative care. Qualicare staff covered care gaps in the hospital and the residence. Simply outstanding - professional, reliable, skilled, caring and compassionate. Qualicare has been wonderful to work with. The initial calls were extremely informative and helpful. The nurse who came to assess was kind and compassionate. They have all been very responsive, and my parent gets along well with each PSW. Thank you!
