Were adaptable to our needs. Our care giver, Asjonti, was very adaptable to our needs and learned easily some of the hospital devices we had purchased to aid my wife's double knee surgery (ice machines and Purewick system).

In the approximately 18 months of using Qualicare as the source for my home care, I have learned how to ask for what I need and Qualicare has responded very well. Each caregiver has been increasingly tuned to my needs. Also importantly, the office staff has become better in anticipating needs rather than just reacting.
