If I could give “0” then I would. Extremely rude behavior toward patients. I had an appointment to visit and when tried to collect appointment related information over the phone, the lady was just screaming and I couldn’t figure out why!! Do not recommend this place at all. There are several other Physical Therapy businesses in Union that are much more better than this location!

The worst customer service experience, when I called to make an appointment the receptionist said they were going to check my insurance and call me back , they never called. Next day I called and they were rude put me on hold saying they just arrived to the office and that I was bothering them because I called them, they said “do you want to book the appointment or not?” , very unprofessional and rude personnel, it seems like they don’t need patients, well I will not be their patient.

I must admit, I was hesitant about going here because there wasn't much information or reviews online. However, I went anyway and am so glad I did! Jose is HANDS DOWN the best PT I have had in a years!! I am in awe over how amazing I feel after each appointment. The Physical Therapist for Qualcare Therapy is excellent. She takes detailed evaluation and takes her time. She is a very pleasant professional therapist. Unlike other physical therapy centers, where they would just put you on a exercise regime, she prefers manual therapeutic approach.
