This facility is not 24hrs. They do not currently have a nightshift. It used to have one. I've lost two days here in the last week waiting. Used to be a very fast facility. In and out. Got here at midnight and it's 11hrs later and still haven't touched my trailer. Missing a pick up today due to it. They need to prioritize drivers who are here for a live wash and are waiting. Decent driver lounge and shower.
Washed hoses and Pump...
I am a langer transport driver,On my way for a delivery, I was told stop by here to steam the trl as the temperature have dropped below delivery temperature. The so called manager present tonight have no respect for others time. At first he said he is on a break that it will take 30mn. sitting here 1h40 mn so far still haven't come out to hookup my trl to the steam something which should not take 5mn to hook. Quala if you read this you should hire someone else as this is not a way to conduct business.
Great place came in for a reefer wash-out it was nice and efficient, the guys inside were very nice and polite, something quiet rare in the area based on my experiences.
