Checked in at 10:45ish am, no tanks in the bays being washed no one else there waiting. 0 stars to day shift I let them know I’d wait and had a load appointment at 1730. I was told no problem they’d have it cleaned and ready ASAP. They pulled 3 trailers into the bays and promptly left for lunch never to be seen again!!! 10 stars to nightshift! Night shift (one employee) came in at 1630 saw my ticket, called me and had the tank ready in less than 30mins!!
Had compartment trailer clean, compartment 1 was wet and they wouldn't dry it because the guy who cleaned it doesn't come in till 2nd shift!! They said I can mop it out!!!! No team work here!!
Hard to do business there. Only open from like 7-3 after that they won't take trucks. As a driver it's almost impossible to fit into banker hours.
No facilities for drivers. Nothing at all for the drivers. A vacant dusty lot. Nasty from the inside to outside
