You gotta get to know these guys. They really aren't a bad bunch of dudes. Washing these trailers all day would make anyone a bit irritable. I use them a lot and I leave with a clean trailer so that's all I need. In the trucking industry you deal with a lot of unhappy and usually mean people. No other industry has that many unhappy people I don't think . Anyway, shout out to Caleb, he is always friendly and helpful. Typical inner city Quala people are ignorant and rude. If I owned this company Albany and Chicago are 2 places I would start cleaning house and hire people that would treat customers better. Finally at 8:45am they started pulling trailers but started with trailers that showed up after me. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star just to post a review
The employees at this facility are just flat out rude to drivers. There is no reason for customer service like this and from reading the reviews Quala Corp doesn’t really care. I have been to this location on numerous times because I work for a Major Tank Carrier. If I have to get routed thru here i just shake my head. I dropped my trailer after hours and knowing they opened at 8 at 8:20 I went inside to check in. The 2 men were sitting there one on a computer and one on his phone. Truckers beware of this place 145.99 for a box/reefer washout and they only take card payments no efs no check no cash credit or debit only there is a place 30 minutes away called ultimate Wishy washy 75 flat for a wash definitely a lot better avoid this Quala at all cost
