Not a good experience! I wrote down caustic wash, dry & seal, they did caustic wash it but no seals, I specifically wrote down that I needed hoses & fittings washed, nope NEVER got touched & as I do a trailer after wash inspection, I opened up the trailer hose tube product came out. The worst part they all left as soon as mine was pulled out. So NOBODY to rinse out the hoses & fittings.
I use this tanker wash a lot and most of the time they do a good job, how ever they will not clean some products call ahead, TPC is one that I encounter the most, cinncinatti express and Quala will, also nevell island express will aswell Coraopolis Quala will if ya need washed in this area
I went in to get my trailer steamed. They got me started in a short time and had my product up to temp in 7 hours. You never know how long it will take because it's a temperamental product! I appreciate the quick response and now I'm able to deliver on time. The Manager and everyone were easy to work with. Thanks!
