Service is immaculate, great crew. Rick is a gem.
One of the better Quala DCI facilities for sure! Just remember to call if you need a wash Saturday because technically they are not open to drop ins.
Dropped my trailer at 6am and at 13:30 I was out walking just to get out of the truck and see my trailer is just sitting out on the yard with the wash ticket in the electrical plug. I go in and ask about my trailer the guy says oh yeah its ready. I asked why hasnt anyone called me? He said we dont do that here. Like what? You just allow driver to wait and dont let them know that you are done?
