we absolutely love our fence,and so do the dogs:) the man who came and installed was doing so in the cold pouring rain and never complained or needed to stop. He was amazingly nice and even said hi to our pup who came to investigate the work
Received a call from a someone from Qual Line Fence. I had sent them part of photo of a railing replacement project to help describe my project. The gentleman was very condescending; complained and asked why I was contacting them when my concrete project had yet started. Without coming to the house to see the full project, I was given a crazy estimate and was told to "put my pennies in a jar and save up". Never felt so disrespected by a company.

My business had 410 lineal feet of cedar fence and 63 feet of black powder coated roll top fence installed by Qual Line. The fence was done in a very timely fashion, the workers who installed were professional, and the overall experience positive. Thank you Ray Statz for all your help.
We had a great experience with Qual Line Fence. An owner, Al, took care of us in the bidding/planning process and Jeff built our beautiful cedar fence. I like that instead of putting wood into the ground, which can rot, they first drive a steel post 4+ feet down. Then a wood cover over the steel. The gates were high quality, with great hardware. The wood was beautiful. They kept to their timeline, too.
The communication by this companies employees was poor. I had to keep contacting them and still they didn't want to communicate back or communicate effectively with us. The company caused damage to our property and we can't get them to fix it or compensate us for the damage there employee caused.
