Tried to make an appointment. Received a quick reply asking if I had a coupon or referral. I told them I had a Groupon and now they will not answer me. I am very disappointed in this level of service. I am sure if I actually redeemed the Groupon, the service would have been horrid.
Too bad I can’t give them zero stars. I bought a Groupon interior/exterior detail in February, made an appt for Monday April 4, and today I get an email that they have “broken off...with Groupon due to technical reasons and have to cancel my appointment”. Cool They weren’t the easiest to get an appt with in the first place, other reviews give them 3 stars for doing a poor job...I better get my money back or it’s off to small claims court!
This shop is the most difficult one to contact. I left two messages and booked an appointment online but they never return a call nor email. The closing time is 5PM as specified but I found the closed shop twice when I went there to drop off my car at 4:50PM, even I left messages. I would not recommend this place no matter what quality of service they provide.
Save yourself the money and clean the car yourself. I still found plenty of dirt and even chunks of food in my car after I left. I got an interior detail, and there was definitely no attention to detail. Looked like it was vacuumed out and a few areas were wiped down.
Quakertown Detail did a great job on our vehicle. We were very pleased with the results. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. Thanks for all your efforts.
