I am a local realtor who worked on a transaction they were handling as the listing agent. Our contract states the earnest money deposit is due within 24 hours of contract execution. Of course this morning and afternoon I called Quaker Title because the buyer told me they were not sent the wiring instructions and we have a 1 day period for the deposit.
