It took 50 minutes for a call ahead order to be completed. When I got back to the office my double patty burger was a single, and I had no fries. I went back up there asking for a refund for the burger and fries, and Ms. Courtney refunded my entire order. I was expecting only a refund for my burger. She let me keep the burger which was also appreciated as at rhis point, I was really hungry. I feel that this was made right and appreciate the customer service at the end of my experience.

The food was mid. I asked for my wings fried hard and they didn't do that at all. The flavors were very lack luster. Wouldn't go again unless I'm drinking. It's good bar food. That's really it.

Terrible greeter, slow service, ordered a kids meal and the ice cream was brought out before the meal. The steak sandwich tasted like old meat and the bread tasted like it was microwaved and chewy. My orange chicken rice bowl tasted like the rice was a 90 sec microwave bag, with tasteless steamed broccoli and prepackaged breaded chicken heated and tossed with orange sauce. Horrible service and food. This place is a restaurant, bowling alley, gas station and Starbucks. Had to wait over an hour for our food and it was Horrible. There Nachos were a joke, I have never seen anything like it. Will never visit again.
