If I could give it 0 Stars I would. Horrible service. Horrible staff. Very very rude. Food cold. �
The place was 1/2 full, we waited over an hour for our food, and it came out cold.
This is the second time they for forgot part of my order. It’s just frustrating to have to go back in to get something that should have been in the bag. It’s not hard to check a order. Also we stood at the counter just waiting for someone to help us when they were staying around not doing anything.
Horrible place to eat. The food was substandard, service was horrible and this location makes QS&L look bad.
I love our Quaker Stake, my best friend I do lunch there and I love Friday Night Karaoke, can't wait until the fall
Was there yesterday and my burger and fries were brought to me cold. There was a very long line and multiple 'employees' were sitting behind register just talking. Will not go to this location again. shouldn't offer this place as a work study, it just makes it look trashy.
This restaurant is honestly the happiest place on earth! I love the Lube!
My daughter who attends Kent State attempted to be served drinks with a meal and were turned away because the student server did not believe her legal Florida drivers license was real. When the manger was confronted with this problem his solution was to leave the decision to his employee. I called (long distance from Florida) and he could not tell me what led his server to believe the drivers license was fake. There were no cut marks on it.
