This company is a joke. I don’t know if they’re loading these trucks by hand or taking a coffee break after every pallet, but it took them over 4 hours to load a 53-foot trailer… Thanks, Quaker Oats - instead of being home, I’ll be sleeping in a parking lot. Appreciate it! Ta firma to jakieś nieporozumienie! Nie wiem, czy oni ładują tutaj ciężarówki ręcznie, czy po każdej palecie idą na kawę, ale załadowanie naczepy 53 ft zajęło im ponad 4 godziny… Dzięki, Quaker Oats - zamiast być w domu, będę spał na parkingu. Dzięki!

Can be checked in 2 hours early they start loading half hours before apt.

Attn: drives When you come here, you need to set aside the entire day; bring your lunch and dinner. They are incredibly slow at unloading. My appointment was at 11:59 AM, and they didn't finish unloading me until 8:30 PM.

I regularly deliver to this location, and the check-in process is very slow. It takes about 40-50 minutes per driver just to check in. When there are 3–4 drivers waiting, it can easily take around 2 hours in total. The system definitely needs improvement to make things more efficient. However, I will say that the staff are polite and nice to deal with. If the check-in process could be sped up, it would make a big difference.
