My mom tried signing paper's for these apartments and the lady kept on canceling the day of the signing. It lasted a month until we said we are done and don't wanna move here anymore. I'd say living here isn't worth it if it takes forever to sign paper's.
No laundry facility. Its maintained to just pass. Nothing for kids. Parking lot is not maintained. Just maintained enough to pass.
