This person would not allow me to inquire or ask any questions. He just went on and on in an angry tone and would not even allow me to tell him what I was looking. This may not be the kind of disgruntled person most would care to rent from.
I spoke to whoever was in the office as a prospective student at Lyons College and I was simply inquiring about the price because I do not want to live on campus. I asked him what his price was on a one bed room apartment and he said $550, furnished and utilities paid. I live in a small town and to say $550 is a cheap price is not an understatement when looking at the amenities. The price is fair however, the service is absolutely terrible.
