Total false advertising and terrible living conditions, half of the features and amenities are not existent. Management is terrible my apartment was filthy, unpainted and left with lots of previous tenants belongings including tons of pubic hair in both bathrooms. My swamp cooler didn’t work for nearly 3 weeks when I moved in and I had to get it fixed myself, it also barely blows cold and only into 2 out of 3 rooms. There are no ceiling fans, it’s miserable. Visiting my son and the garbage disposal is broken and water is backing up into the sink. Left a voice mail with a maintenance request last week. No response. Just called again to follow up on my maintenance request and their voicemail is full. Unbelievable!
