Waited 2 hours to be seen and then one of their machines wasn't working.
Mark and I had an awesome experience. We just walked in needing eye exams and they got us right in. Everyone was so polite and easy going. Will be back. Thanks!!
If they told me when I got there that Dr. Jennifer Jensen was not in yet, I would have rescheduled. Instead they left me waiting for 20 minutes in the exam room. While I was waiting, they told Janie Jones that there was a patient in front of me. The truth is, Dr. Jensen was shopping with her kids. I was in there more than an hour for a 20-minute exam and they lied to Janie. I think I'll find another optometrist for my follow up exams
I just want to thank Dr Jenson for getting me in on short notice. She is amazing and very knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable. The office staff was great and helped answer questions and even went out of their way to figure out what insurance I had. Would recommend to everyone I know.
Very helpful. Our eyes, should be took care ot, perfect to me.
