This is the very worst place I have ever been. The third time for what should have been one appointment for testing and one for pickup was a disaster. I am farsighted and have had monovision 42 years and GP contacts for 33 because of astigmatism. (The suction from the curvature of the GP lens makes the eyeball round. Going without wearing the lens about a day, the astigmatism is back!) My OD retired so I tried this one as it was close. I made an appointment and paid out of pocket for the visit, then was told that Dr. Jensen was delayed in traffic. I waited for 45 minutes, then waited in the exam room for another 15. After my appointment, I needed another copy of my contact prescription so I could order contacts from elsewhere. I have called 6 days in a row during business hours, 3+ times each day, to ask for the prescription, and each time my call rings for less that 10 seconds and I’m told the voicemail box is full. After leaving my truthful review about how horrible this place is, I received a letter from Jennifer Jensen saying she is withdrawing from my case...aka firing me as a patient. Listen closely: You can TRUST and believe I would never have stepped foot in that joke again. I also see you have removed the other reviews that told the TRUTH about how bad you and your facility are, which brings your average review to a 3.8 out of 5 stars. The absolutely the best deal in town for what I do ....I love the girls in the shop !!! they have been taking care of my eyes for sometime ...I highly recommend Quail Springs Optical...
Called to set an appointment and was told no appnt was needed. I told the person that I would be there at 1:30,which was my way of suggesting they book me. I arrived on time and was told they could not see me until 3:45. I just turned around and walked out because I was tempted to be rude to the young lady. If it weren't for the foot traffic generated by the mall, theses folks would be out of business. I was irritated because I drove into the city just to get my eyes checked. Lesson learned.
