I agree management there is horrible. Maybe the management needs to go back to school to learn to deal with prospective renters.
The trailer park is nice but the manager is not. You have to make \$2000/month to live out here and the lot rent is only \$165/month!! Kind of ridiculous to me.Pros: nice, friendly neighborhoodCons: manager
