Don’t rent apartments in these buildings, it’s terrible. It is very cold in winter. Bills are big. Also in the apartments there are mice, I ask the manager to rid me of them, but they don't care. The manager does nothing, the apartments are without renovations, they do the renovations and charge 2 Bedrum $3000. Parcels are stolen. Every year they raise the rent by $250.
