I was at my daughters house when mngmnt called her one day about complaints she had from her racist neighbor downstairs. Not once did they ask her side of story. These people have called them out of name several times but quail run doesn’t care. Worst professionals ever. They lied and said other complaints but we know everyone in the building and they said that’s a lie. So good for you quail run backing racism at your properties!
