Worst living experience ever. I was told if I needed to break the lease they will waive break lease fee when I signed the lease, now that things have come up, they refuse to honor that and they keep lying. That was done by Alberto and Cindy by the way. The management is extremely neglectful and never answers the phone or emails. Edit to the owner response: I’ve tried to contact Winn residential for over a month with no one reaching back out, and the office themselves are the ones who are doing this so that is unhelpful information. Please contact me directly as I have been dealing with this for over a month. They WILL lie to you and tell you they will waive the break lease fee for affordable housing tenants, in extenuating circumstances, buying a house or other reasons. This was said by Alberto Q. BE AWARE ALBERTO AND these people WILL LIE TO YOU to get you to sign a lease!!! They express clearly to you that they will waive the break lease fee under certain circumstances and then when those circumstances rise they LIE and say they don’t do that. They lie to get you to sign then come and try to change their word.
