Edit to the owner response: I’ve tried to contact Winn residential for over a month with no one reaching back out, and the office themselves are the ones who are doing this so that is unhelpful information. Please contact me directly as I have been dealing with this for over a month. BE AWARE ALBERTO AND these people WILL LIE TO YOU to get you to sign a lease!!! They express clearly to you that they will waive the break lease fee under certain circumstances and then when those circumstances rise they LIE and say they don’t do that. They lie to get you to sign then come and try to change their word.
