Currently laying on the ground outside my door. I locked my keys inside and quail run boasts about “24 hour maintenance” but want to charge me 85 DOLLARS to come unlock my door.. so I guess I get to lay here for the next 13 hours until my boyfriend gets off work from the FD to let me in.
Worst community I have ever lived at. If they can find a way to charge you extra fees they will do it. Management doesn't care for safety of the residents as I had a break in and all they can do is charge me $85 to change a lock. Owner must be just as bad to keep letting this circus continue. Highly would not recommend anyone to move here.. Car break ins everyday and nothing to fix the issue... They mess up and expect me to pay for it. Place is a JOKE..
Got robbed of $300 for the down payment when we decided that paying $830 for a 1 bedroom apartment is completely ridiculous. They refuse to give us our money back. These people are incompetent and only want your money. I’ve never dealt with worse people.
Quick turnaround on work orders and friendly staff at the office!!
I love it here. They are very friendly and helpful. Love our apartment.
