I was treated very disrespectfully by some of the staff and the psychiatrist and doctor. I did not feel safe with the patients I was made to stay with.
Run don’t let this Dr do surgery from the operating room to recovery and the room she put her in rated poor . Told my family member it’s going to be a 1-2 hrs surgery it lasted 5.5 hrs did not assign her to ICU room this was a high risk surgery which my sister died of internal bleeding in a room where the nurses standard of care rated poor just like the Dr
My personal experience at DBH was absolutely pleasant. Jamal, the patient advocate, is very attentive to comfort and hospitality. I have stayed at DBH numerous times for mental health coping skills.
I will not be returning to see Dr. Tran... I had an appointment with him about 6 weeks ago. The day before my visit, I received a text from his office asking me to register for my visit online. This process took me about 30 minutes (health history, scan my driver's license and insurance card, current concerns, allergies, surgeries, etc.). I am now 6 months sober thanks to Cedar Springs and sober living. I have struggled with addiction for 10+ years and have experienced so many rehab facilities but I have to say this place is top notch. There are so many staff that helped me but the one that I need to shout out is Tiece. She helped me every step of the way and always remembered my name. She was compassionate to my needs through everything. Thank you so much!! If it wasn't for this place, I would have never stayed sober. I don't believe I would have survived.

Ceasar from RT you have a beautiful heart never change! This hospital has the best staff in all of Nevada no exaggeration! You need to go to ER come here! I was a patient at Fairmont Hospital and consequently reported them to Philadelphia Corporation on Aging and Medicare. I was treated with disrespect and I have since noticed my review was not posted. The staff missed my neurological symptoms and my self esteem was greatly curtailed. Instead of being the monster I came out feeling about myself I subsequently was diagnosed by a neurologist with neurological symptoms from diagnosis of Normal Pressure Enceplitis.
