I’ve been here for 5 yrs and it works for what you pay for considering how bad the market is in Portland. I’m not complaining. There has been a high turnover rate of managers but they have always been very helpful with me. The current one Elena Gastelum so far is the best I’ve seen here. She’s new but the few issues I’ve had she’s been very prompt, professional but not uptight and scary. Very poor maintenance. We have been waiting over 7 months for them to come in and look at the foundation issue. During the winter storm, we had water coming up to the foundation it got the carpet in the front room and the back bedroom wet, half of the front room carpet saturated how to buy a wet vac. Not to mention the pool that the maintenance guy closest says it's going to be closed for an hour. Ends up being closed for a couple days or all day
I love living here! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They always take care of things fast. Nothing but good experiences!
I w lived here for 4 years and it's been amazing. I like to fix my own stuff but when it's out of my hands the manager is incredibly easy to get ahold of and he came today on a holiday weekend and fixed my bathroom. I don't hear neighbors and my apartment is really good size for the amount I pay. I would recommend it any day of the week. It's a great neighborhood too.
