Had a fantastic experience here! Staff was kind and maintainance responsive when needs came up! Took in my pups as well! The parking in my area of the complex was the only “down” but once I rented a spot it was all good! Would definitely live here again if I had to!
I lived here from 2018-2021. I enjoyed my townhouse. Downstairs was spacious and the rooms upstairs were just big enough to heat and cool easily. Decent sized kitchen. Nice little bathroom. No problems with bugs or rodents. I sprayed Ortho Home defense in addition to what the maintenance crew sprayed. Did have a snake problem the summer of 2020 (I lived on the side closest to Food Lion & Speedway with the trench behind it) but fixed it with Snake-Away and sulfur. Management was cool. Amazing staff. Great neighbors. Friendly and accommodating. These townhouses are a hidden gem in Washington, NC. They are tucked away at the back of a little quiet neighborhood. Family and pet friendly. Well kept and maintained.
